2. Nature of service. ReliveCure provides care coordination, appointment booking and information services. Medical services themselves are rendered by qualified independent ophthalmic surgeons at accredited partner hospital facilities; the treating doctor is solely responsible for clinical decisions.
3. No doctor–patient relationship is created by browsing this website or submitting a form; it begins only upon clinical consultation.
4. Content. Informational only (see Medical Disclaimer). Costs shown are indicative ranges, not offers; final pricing is provided in writing after evaluation.
5. Bookings & cancellations. Consultation bookings are free and may be rescheduled or cancelled by phone/WhatsApp. Procedure scheduling, payment and refund terms are provided in your written quotation.
6. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the site, scrape content, or submit false information.
7. Intellectual property. All content, branding and design belong to ReliveCure; do not reproduce without permission.
8. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, ReliveCure is not liable for indirect losses from website use; nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
9. Governing law. India; courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
